Our terms and conditions of orders
- All orders must be paid for before we will post them, unless COD is arranged
- We accept Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, direct credit or COD
- Personal and bank cheques are accepted, but must be cleared before sending items
- Goods can be exchanged, but postage or freight is at the expense of the purchaser
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods and be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for exchange or credit.
- Faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or refund
- Colours may vary slightly to website images
- Please allow 14 days for delivery
